While I was in the Tie Guan Yin producing village of Jian Dou, I met a few friends who invited me back to their house for tea. When we got there one girl, who knew the least amount of english so I know nothing about her, sat at the living room tea table and began what was the best tea pouring I have ever seen.

Her movements were beautiful but concise. Each she flowed from one movement to the next, never sacrificing practicality for ascetic beauty. Her main priority was the pouring of tea, but her skill allowed her to do it in a way most only wish they could. This to me is some of the best gong fu cha tea pouring I have ever seen.
