Chestnut Aroma Huang Shan Mao Feng.
It took me three trips to Hou gu （猴谷）to find a tea this good. The first two times I went I was amazed by the beautiful environment, but I found the making practices to be a little more mechanized than I wanted.
The body of this tea is light refreshing, but at the same time shows a depth and thickness. This mouthfeel is what makes Huang Shan Mao Feng so unique and famous. The rich mouthfeel is paired with a soft vegetle note and a chestnut aroma. The chestnut aroma is a hard to find aroma Huang Shan Mao Feng’s so I am very excited to be able to offer it to you.
A perfect tea for the hot summer days, I don’t expect this tea to see September.
This tea comes with a free sample of She Xian Huang Shan Mao Feng for comparison and maximum enjoyment.

One Ounce Hou Gu Mao Feng
Da Gu Yun (大谷运） Mao Feng
Located outside of the core region you will not find the same depth of flavor as core region Huang Shan Mao Fengs. That being said there is still a savoriness to this tea and a more singular smooth pea note. This is a great tea for people who are just getting into Mao Fengs. Like the core region Mao Feng, this is great by itself or grandpa style.
Notes of peas, cooked bok choy with a smooth, sweet, savory body.
